Outstanding experience with Dr. Brannon Claytor and the entire team I recently had a deep plane facelift with Dr. Brannon Claytor, MD at Claytor Noone Plastic Surgery, and I could not be happier with my experience or my results. My outcome looks incredibly natural—I look refreshed and like the best version of myself, not “overdone.” That was extremely important to me, and Dr. Claytor delivered exactly what I hoped for. Dr. Claytor is exceptional on every level. His surgical skill is obvious, but what really sets him apart is his personality and approachability. Dr. Claytor’s vision, technical skill, and judgment are exceptional. From consultation through surgery, I felt confident in his understanding of both my aesthetic goals and the underlying anatomy, and I am very happy with my results. His work reflects precision, restraint, and experience. His staff was consistently kind, patient, and responsive, with excellent follow-through. I felt supported and well cared for at every stage. For context, I chose tumescent local anesthesia and felt prepared for it. I managed it, and for many people it may be entirely tolerable, though it was more intense than I expected and left a bigger impression than anticipated. I do not regret choosing local anesthesia. What surprised me most was the middle phase of recovery. While I was up and moving within a couple of weeks, I did not fully appreciate how much adjustment can occur as nerves begin coming back online. Recovery is not linear, and some evolving sensations are part of the healing process. None of this detracts from my confidence in Dr. Claytor. I would absolutely choose him again and recommend him highly. This is a five-star experience.

After two failed brachioplasty surgeries with another surgery Dr. Claytor in Bryn Mawr was able to deliver the results I should have had after surgery 1. I am amazed at the results and the recovery time! He is the real deal and his team is superior.

I selected Dr. Claytor as my surgeon for a lower body lift and I can’t recommend him enough. He has an extensive protocol for blood clot prevention which was a worry of mine. I felt safe and comfortable around him, which is critical when interacting with a plastic surgeon. He is very skilled and my recovery couldn’t have been easier. I’ve also interacted with most of the staff and they’re wonderful. Julie, the PA, is patient and detailed. Corinne and Emily make you feel at ease throughout the process with taking before/after images and are very calm and understanding. The surgery was performed at Bryn Mawr hospital and the staff there were also exceptional.

Fantastic experience all around. Dr. Claytor is an excellent surgeon and an absolute pleasure! He explained my procedure thoroughly, listened to all my input, and the result is gorgeous. I recently had a hernia repair and abdominoplasty with Dr. Claytor to correct severe diastasis recti (something I struggled with even before pregnancy), and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. From the very beginning, Dr. Claytor was caring, genuine, and incredibly informative. He took the time to explain the entire process clearly, answered every question, and made me feel truly understood and supported. His confidence in being able to address my issues put me at ease, and his bedside manner is unmatched. He even called me the night before surgery to check in—and again the night after—to make sure I was doing well. That level of care is rare and meant so much to me. His staff and nurses were just as amazing: warm, professional, and attentive every step of the way. Now, just a little over a month post-op, my results are incredible. Seeing my before and after photos left me absolutely floored. I feel like myself again in a way I didn’t think was possible. I would recommend Dr. Claytor over and over again. His skill, compassion, and dedication truly set him apart.

Dr Claytor and his staff are beyond amazing. I’ve never met a better team of nurses and doctors who do it better. So happy with my results and the recovery time was really fast. After a significant weight loss I had problems with loose skin. It caused considerable irritation and it was hard to find clothes that fit properly. I discussed the situation with my dermatologist and she recommended Dr. Claytor. My initial consultation with him was great. He provided a good overview of what could be done and what kind of results I could expect. This included a belt lipectomy, a brachioplasty and a thigh lift. I was confident in my decision to undertake the entire process with him. His staff is also first rate. They are excellent communicators - upbeat, friendly and professional. I have had the first two surgeries and am scheduled for the last one. So far, the results have been super - they actually exceed my expectations! Dr. Claytor, Emily and the rest of the team in the Bryn Mawr office are amazing. Had a drain free belt lipectomy in 2025 and couldn't be happier. I was so confident in Dr. Claytor, I only consulted with him and no other surgeons, before moving ahead. Dr. Claytor restored not just my stomach - but my confidence! I met with Dr. Claytor to see what could be done to improve a poor result from a tummy tuck I had 20 years ago by a different surgeon. He was confident that he could smooth out and lower my incision and get rid of my "muffin top". Having researched his work, reviews and credentials beforehand and after meeting with him, I felt confident putting my trust in him. He personally called me twice before my surgery to answer any questions or concerns. To achieve my desired results, he performed a mini tummy tuck. I opted to have the surgery under local anesthesia in his office rather than in the hospital under general anesthesia. I admit I was nervous but it turned out to be a great experience - and I'm so glad I went that route. He and his team made sure I was comfortable the entire time. After surgery I was offered a mirror to look at my stomach and when I saw the transformation I had tears in my eyes. My stomach was smooth, tight and natural looking again. It was truly amazing to me! His entire team is professional, and friendly. The office is run like a well oiled machine. I never spent more than a minute or two in the waiting room. I appreciate and look forward to the periodic post op visits to monitor my progress as I go through the different phases of healing. Again a testament to his desire for his patients to achieve optimal results. At 60 years old I finally have the result I envisioned. Had a bad laceration from my nose through my lip. Dr. Claytor was excellent, after over 20 stitches he had me fixed up, and the scar is barely noticeable now. I highly recommend Dr. Claytor!

Absolutely outstanding experience ! In 2024 I chose minimally invasive MY Ellevate procedure to address double chin and to outline the jaw contour. It was full success! Results are long lasting . Now it is has been 9 months since the procedure and the suture holding up very well! Pain after procedure was easy to manage with pain medications. Dr Brannon is an exceptional surgeon, professional but also talented !

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Claytor and the whole practice from start to finish. I went in for a consult for a medial thigh lift. Dr. Claytor is the only surgeon I met with who explained the unsightly level of scarring I'd be left with if I went with the standard procedure. He is also the only surgeon who found a way to get the results I wanted through a different approach. Dr. Claytor suggested that a tummy tuck would not only make me bikini ready, but would also lift the loose skin on my upper thighs. The results were beyond my expectations. Dr. Claytor has a state of the art operating suite in his office. And the entire procedure was done under local anethesia, which was a big comfort to me. When I walked into my very first consultation for a modified float abdominoplasty & mastopexy I was very nervous. I had thought about doing this for many, many years. At that initial appointment, Dr Claytor and his wonderful team immediately put me at ease. Dr Claytor described exactly what to expect prior to the surgery and after. The following day I scheduled my surgery at the Paoli Surgery Center. I was excited to finally be doing this for myself. After the surgery I followed the Dr's orders. Was extremely thankful I didn't have any drains. Everything went exactly as planned. I am so very pleased with the results and how well I was cared for by Dr Claytor and his team. (Emily, Julie, Corrine) I was always met with a smile from Olivia at the front desk. I would very much recommend Dr Claytor to a friend or family.

After many, many years of being unhappy with my breast shape & axillary breast tissue in my armpits, I finally decided to pursue plastic surgery to improve my confidence day-to-day and comfort partaking in physical activity. I met with a couple different plastic surgeons and never felt truly comfortable or sold on the idea until I walked into Claytor Noone Plastic Surgery in Bryn Mawr, PA and met Dr. Claytor & his wonderful staff. I immediately felt at ease and knew this was an office & staff I could trust and feel comfortable with. Dr. Claytor. Emily and Debbie were the primary people I met with during my consultation for mastopexy (breast lift) and liposuction of my axillary armpit tissue. All of my questions and concerns were answered, and there was clear and open communication leading up to my surgery date as well. Surgery day rolled around and everyone in the office was again so wonderful (I had opted to do an awake breast lift in-office under local anesthesia). Melodie was the primary point of contact leading up to surgery and upon check-in. The rest of the nurses in the operating suite were amazing as well (Morgan & Tisha are the two names I remember) and helped me tremendously during the procedure and for the short period of time I was in post-op. And I can't forget to give praise to the front desk staff and other MAs in the office as well. As far as Dr. Claytor... just amazing. His bedside manner is impeccable. I've had negative experiences with physicians not hearing my concerns in the past, and he ALWAYS heard everything I had to say and never dismissed me. His positive affirmations throughout the process from consult to pre-op to during operation to post-op made me feel so comfortable and valued as well. I never felt like an annoyance or simply a dollar sign at any point during the process, but instead a real person that mattered. As for my results, I am nearly 4 weeks post-op now and love what I'm seeing and feeling. Less neck, back and shoulder pain and even a surprising perk of clenching my jaw less overnight! The recovery has been wonderful and pretty easy - I attribute a lot of that to the care & attention Dr. Claytor and his staff provide throughout all stages of the process. I would (and have) recommend Dr. Claytor to any friends considering plastic surgery. This is a team who genuinely cares about you and your results.

Dr Claytor and the entire staff are so attentive and caring. I had gone to other surgeon but when I met Dr Claytor and his staff I knew I went to the right place. As a healthcare provider I know what entitles to have surgery but Dr Claytor made me feel confident that I made the right decision to get rid of my big “kangaroo pouch” and undergo an abdominoplasty. I was so self conscious of my big belly that getting my clothes off in front of husband made feel ashamed. I could not have asked for a better doctor than Dr. Cleator. I had a lower facelift and neck lift. Also my upper eyes were done. Dr. Clayton took 25 years off of me. I highly recommend him ,along with his wonderful staff. Shannon did my facial which was exceptional. I definitely will be coming back every eight weeks. If you want to get work done, and you’re nervous, come to Dr. Clayton and you will definitely feel comfortable knowing that he will do an extraordinary job.

After 4 kids in 4.5 years and a 60lbs+ weight loss, I was ready to claim my body back! My journey began with Debbie, who went above and beyond to make sure I was informed, comfortable, and satisfied with everything before moving forward with any surgery. Dr. Claytor is a magician!
