In addition, fellows will work closely with the Main Line Health Chief of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Claytor, to develop research projects. The fellow will attend multiple plastic surgery conferences throughout the year. The fellowship program is designed to develop research skills, strengthen clinical and scientific knowledge, as well as prepare the student for residency applications in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
