Dr. R. Brannon Claytor to Speak at Brazilian Plastic Surgery Meeting
Dr. R. Brannon Claytor is heading to Brazil this March to speak at the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery Meeting. On Friday, March 20, he’ll present two sessions:
- LaMiNa: A Creative Synergistic Approach to Facial Rejuvenation during the Advances in Regenerative Facial Aesthetics conference
- Achieving a Sculpted Jawline with the Deep Plane Facelift during the Deep Planes vs. Plicatures round table
Dr. Claytor will also participate in the cadaver lab, teaching fellow surgeons his advanced techniques.
This international speaking engagement reflects Dr. Claytor’s standing as a leader in facial rejuvenation—and his commitment to advancing the field through education and collaboration.

Dr. Claytor Attended Dr. Chia Chi Kao’s Ponytail Academy Advanced Ponytail Facelift Course in Los Angeles
The Invitation-Only advanced Ponytail Academy intensive training course was held in the Los Angeles/Santa Monica area from February 20–23, 2026 and focused on Dr. Kao’s endoscopic Ponytail FaceLift™ technique.
The ponytail facelift is an endoscopic facial rejuvenation procedure performed through small hairline incisions to lift the cheeks, brow, and jawline with minimal visible scarring.
“It was an intense, incredible experience shared with other experts in the field,” Dr. Claytor shared, “I am grateful to Dr. Kao for his generosity in giving me this unique opportunity and for sharing his expertise in performing the Ponytail Facelift.”
Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery’s Cadaver Lab
Dr. Claytor spoke about Deep Plane Facelifts at the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery’s Cadaver Lab on October 3-4!
This event featured many talented surgeons who specialize in face and nose surgery.

Dr. Claytor spoke at the NESPS conference in Baltimore September 26 – 28.
He moderated the Aesthetics session and announced the update for The Aesthetic Society during the meeting. Our research fellow Patty also presented on brachioplasty.
University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Human Appearance (March 2025)
Dr. Claytor presented his treatment innovation, “LaMiNa,” which combines CO2 laser and Microneedling followed by Nanofat infusion to effectively treat facial rhytids (smokers lines).
